For a few weeks now, ever since I began to suspect the CEO of Ruger, Mike Fifer, was subscribed to my show, I’ve been hesitant to talk about Ruger’s firearms.  I may just be a grassroots podcast, and not a journalist who is supposed to be unbiased, but it had me worried.  What if I said nice things about Ruger and was accused of being astroturf?  What if I unfairly said bad things just to prove otherwise?  Well in this episode, I talk out my feelings on the topic, and clear the air for myself, if nobody else.  A plug for Syd, Kalashnikitty t-shirts, and TWO training tips from Richard round out the episode.

Hey, all!  This episode I cover a LOT of misc. notes and and a few quick thoughts I left out of last episode. Lots of news and links below, and my first impressions of the new HK45.  For those wondering about some of my non-handgun related news articles of choice, it’s simple: Obama has already shown his willingness to silence dissenters.  If we let our 2nd Amendment freedom go, our 1st Amendment will follow shortly after. There’s a reason students were waving communist flags celebrating his victory.  We have a lot of work ahead of us if we’re going to keep America “the land of the free”.
