I rescently purchased a Springfield XD .45 ACP 5" Tactical with ext. thumb safety. Im getting ALOT of flack from glock owners because i prefered something they dont have. If you were going to compare FACT vs. FACT between the GLOCK and XD in same calibers, who would come out ahead?

additional info: i use my weapon for duty carry (security officer)

As far as i can tell...im not partial to either... new to guns and i'm in love with my purchase... I hit 100% where i point.... I dont consider myself a "marksman" by anymeans. Only other firearm ive owned and rarely shot is a HiPoint Compact 9mm which is childsplay compared to this xd!

Keep up the good work man.... Glad to have stumbled upon your podcast on ZUNE marketplace

Eric, 008 was one of the best podcast that I have ever heard. I would love to hear more interviews with Kari as she progresses in her shooting. I would love to hear about her buying a new gun, thoughts about the process, why she chose what she chose, what did she handle that she thought that she might like. Also, I would love to hear interviews with other first time shooters. The podcast was very educational for trying to help a new shooter or trying to help someone become a new shooter. That is where the battle for the 2nd will be won. Great job, keep up the good work, and make more shooters.
Thanks again for a great show.

In my blog post "The City that wants to host the Olympic Games" the TSA did not arrest the competitor, stated that he was arrested by the NYC Transit Authority Police. There is a difference New York City and Mayor Bloomberg are responsible for the actions of the Transit Authority Police.
