After news that ran long, this episode I talk about really, REALLY bad advice.  Sometimes it comes from legit instructors.  After giving the example, I go over the law here in Arizona that covers justification for a Concealed Weapons Permit holder, and implore you guys to think critically whenever somebody gives you a shovel-ready “solution” in the realm of firearm knowledge.

Hey all, and welcome to the first “Black Rifle Five-Day” episode of the Handgun Podcast. What can I say? I need to buy time for next week’s show preparation! Hey, all!  This episode I cover a LOT of misc. notes and and a few quick thoughts I left out of last episode. Lots of news and links below, and my first impressions of the new HK45.  For those wondering about some of my non-handgun related news articles of choice, it’s simple: Obama has already shown his willingness to silence dissenters.  If we let our 2nd Amendment freedom go, our 1st Amendment will follow shortly after. There’s a reason students were waving communist flags celebrating his victory.  We have a lot of work ahead of us if we’re going to keep America “the land of the free”.
